Только близость к морю. Но Орджоникидзе небольшой посёлок, так что можно и подальше жильё выбрать.

Disadvantages:

В этом номере стеклянная дверь выходит в узкий тёмный закуток, так что света там нет вообще. Темно. Звукоизоляция отсутствует, мы слышали, как соседи наливали чай.
