Advantages:

Спасибо большое хозяину, что дождался нас до 12 ночи и заселил! Квартира комфортная, местоположение на мой взгляд хорошее, тихо, спокойно. Рынок близко, магазин небольшой возле дома. Все нужное в пешей доступности.

Disadvantages:

Это чисто для хозяина, и другим посетителям которые будут тут жить. В квартиру надо..мыльница и банка для убных щёток! Чтоб вашу кухню не испортили проживающие, обзаведитесь сушкой для посуды, а то приходилось сушить посуду на полотенце, прежде чем её ставить в шкаф. На балконе щёткой не убрать ( может есть старый пылесос, принесите). У меня все, будут вопросы, пишите! Всем хорошего отдыха.
